Rev. Canon. Selcan Miner (OFR), Chairman Board of Directors of CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte holds a Masters degree in Missiology, ASTC in Public Administrationa certificate in Banking and Monetary policy in developing countries, a certificate in Accounting from the London Polytechnic, Certificate in Theology and an Alumnus of the prestigious Harvard University Business School-USA.

Rev. Miner is a seasoned administrator and an accomplished businessman. He was a one time Secretary to the Government of Benue/Plateau State, one time Chairman of Board- Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), one time Chairman, Nigeria Merchant Bank and a one time Chairman, National Dock Labour Board. He currently sits as Chairman on the Boards of many Companies which include; Spring Waters Nigeria Ltd (SWAN) a subsidiary of UAC Plc, National Electricity Supply Company Ltd (NESCO) (an independent power supply company), Plateau Ceramic industries, Zitta Holdings Ltd among others.

Rev. Miner is a member of the Order of the Federal republic (OFR), Commander of the Order of Merit (COM) Republic of Togo, Key to the City of Pittsburgh-USA, Member of Mt. Vernon City-USA among various other awards.
