Dr. Godwin. M. Bili, Director of CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte is a Medical Doctor by training and practice having graduated from the Kharkov Medical School, USSR as well as the Post graduate school of Medicine, Edinburgh-UK.

Dr. Bili has been in Medical practice and Health management for over 30 years. He was the President of Nigerian Student Union-Kharkov, USSR, he has served in several capacities in Nigeria as Secretary Gongola State Health Service Management Board, Permanent Secretary, Gongola State Ministry of Health, Honourable commissioner, Gongola State Ministry of Agriculture, Member Governing Board, Federal Medical centre-Yola, Chairman Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Adamawa State among others. He is currently the Medical Director of Gizo Royal Clinic, Yola and sits on the Board of many companies.

He is a member of the International Institute of Public Health Management-Washington DC, USA and Nigerian Medical Association (NMA).
