HEAD, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

• The Head, Supply Chain Management will report to the Managing Director/CEO and shall perform the following functions;
• Overall responsibility of providing leadership for the supply chain management division.
• Interface with development partners, NGO’s and other prospective customers to effectively market our competence in the areas of warehousing, logistics and distribution
• Oversee the company’s contract manufacturing activities and manage the Quality Assurance process.
• Develop our warehousing/logistics/distribution business to meet the desired need of our clientele.
• Shall have overall responsibility of procuring the company’s wide range of products and effectively relate with regulatory agencies.
• Generate, develop and retain businesses as well as provide excellent service to both existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare Annual Business Plan in line with corporate objectives.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• A good degree in Pharmacy or related discipline and possession of an MBA a must.
• Must be sales and marketing driven with strong business management background.
• Good understanding of the procurement & regulatory affairs environment within and outside Nigeria will be an advantage.
• Must have high energy drive with strong marketing skills.
• Experience in the health development sector will be an added advantage.
• Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must possess excellent presentation and analytical skills.
• A minimum of Eight years of sales and/or marketing experience 3 of which must be at management level in a well structured pharmaceutical or health logistics environment.
