ARC. James I. Ugo, Director of CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte holds a B.Sc Architecture(2/1) as well as an M.Sc from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Arc. Ugo who is also a Director of Essential Pharma Ltd is an accomplished businessman with over 29 years experience in the field of Achitecture-covering designs and contruction.

He has served in several capacities as Member, Governing Council of the University of Benin, Chairman, Governing Board of Benue State Housing Agency, Member, Governing Council of Benue State Polytechnic, College of Agriculture and College of Education, Member, Benue State Judicial service Commission among others.

He is currently the Managing Director of IDS Ltd, Architechs and Builders, Makurdi, Benue State.

He is a member of Architechs registration Council of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Architechs.
